PDXDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, RNU6-628P, and OR8G7P. Each is linked with PDXDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PDXDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by PDXDC1-low versus PDXDC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
