Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,896 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sugar mediated signaling pathway, Response to iron(II) ion, and Negative regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with PDX1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDX1-to-partner and partner-to-PDX1 results are reported.
