Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 979 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PES1, GGT1, and LGALS2. Each is linked with PDX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDX1-to-partner and partner-to-PDX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDX1 versus PES1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
