Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,892 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARVCF_S864, ARVCF_S887, and ATAT1_S276. Each is linked with PDX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDX1-to-partner and partner-to-PDX1 results are reported.
