PDX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP40, RN7SL824P, and KRT18P14. Each is linked with PDX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDX1-to-partner and partner-to-PDX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP40 grouped by PDX1-low versus PDX1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
