Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF14, GH1, and C1orf162. Each is linked with PDX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDX1-to-partner and partner-to-PDX1 results are reported.
