PDSS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDSS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,216 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPTF, DNAH3, and ADAMTS16. Each is linked with PDSS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDSS2-to-partner and partner-to-PDSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPTF grouped by PDSS2-low versus PDSS2-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
