Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDSS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,673 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYBRD1, LSM11, and CRTAP. Each is linked with PDSS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDSS2-to-partner and partner-to-PDSS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDSS2 versus CYBRD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
