Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDSS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,295 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDSS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRSL1, MRPL44, and PTCD3. Each is linked with PDSS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDSS2-to-partner and partner-to-PDSS2 results are reported.
