PDRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,913 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, TRMT6, and YTHDF1. Each is linked with PDRG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PDRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDRG1 versus ADNP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
