PDPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,937 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, THAP11, and ARF4. Each is linked with PDPR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPR-to-partner and partner-to-PDPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDPR versus DHX38 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
