PDPR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDPR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,597 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESCO2, BBS2, and LRRC29. Each is linked with PDPR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPR-to-partner and partner-to-PDPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDPR versus ESCO2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
