PDPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 350 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF23, ANKRD30BL, and CFHR4. Each is linked with PDPR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPR-to-partner and partner-to-PDPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF23 grouped by PDPR-low versus PDPR-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
