PDPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDPR mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,543 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSF1, PCDH11X, and NACA. Each is linked with PDPR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPR-to-partner and partner-to-PDPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSF1 grouped by PDPR-low versus PDPR-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
