The most reproducible PDPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDC80, TTK, and TOP2A. Each is linked with PDPK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDPK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDPK1 results are reported.
