Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-793P, KRTAP5-3, and OR51A8P. Each is linked with PDP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP2-to-partner and partner-to-PDP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-793P grouped by PDP2-low versus PDP2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
