PDP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,192 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHNAK2_S1997, MRPS18B_S38, and STK3. Each is linked with PDP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP1-to-partner and partner-to-PDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDP1 versus AHNAK2_S1997 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
