Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,145 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8L1, NUP50, and ECT2. Each is linked with PDP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP1-to-partner and partner-to-PDP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDP1 versus TNFAIP8L1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
