PDP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXSM, AAGAB, and LACTB. Each is linked with PDP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP1-to-partner and partner-to-PDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXSM grouped by PDP1-low versus PDP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
