Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, PDCD4, and ATM. Each is linked with PDP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP1-to-partner and partner-to-PDP1 results are reported.
