Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,707 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of exosomal secretion, Amino acid metabolic process, and Membrane tubulation. Each is linked with PDP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP1-to-partner and partner-to-PDP1 results are reported.
