PDLIM7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,641 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, ASPN, and ACTA2. Each is linked with PDLIM7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM7-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
