PDLIM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Collagen-VI. Each is linked with PDLIM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM7-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
