Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,771 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, LOXL1, and TAGLN. Each is linked with PDLIM4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM4-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM4 results are reported.
