PDLIM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,367 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, TAGLN, and PDLIM4_S112. Each is linked with PDLIM4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM4-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDLIM4 versus RCN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
