PDLIM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,591 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6877, UHRF1, and RNU6-769P. Each is linked with PDLIM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM4-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6877 grouped by PDLIM4-low versus PDLIM4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
