PDLIM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDLIM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK2, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with PDLIM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM4-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by PDLIM4-low versus PDLIM4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDLIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDLIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
