Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDLIM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,445 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDLIM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Excitatory chemical synaptic transmission, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Viral process. Each is linked with PDLIM4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDLIM4-to-partner and partner-to-PDLIM4 results are reported.
