Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,776 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPEP9, MBTPS2, and LNPK. Each is linked with PDK3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK3-to-partner and partner-to-PDK3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDK3 versus SNRPEP9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
