PDK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,866 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV3-20, IGLV3-10, and PIM2. Each is linked with PDK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDK1 versus IGHV3-20 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
