Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDILT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDILT-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with PDILT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDILT-to-partner and partner-to-PDILT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by PDILT-low versus PDILT-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDILT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDILT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
