Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDILT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,017 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDILT-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDYE4, OR2T12, and LILRA4. Each is linked with PDILT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDILT-to-partner and partner-to-PDILT results are reported.
