PDILT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDILT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDILT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTC, NPBWR2, and OOSP4A. Each is linked with PDILT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDILT-to-partner and partner-to-PDILT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTC grouped by PDILT-low versus PDILT-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDILT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDILT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
