Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIK1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,180 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIK1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBL4A_S90, NUDC, and BCLAF1. Each is linked with PDIK1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIK1L-to-partner and partner-to-PDIK1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDIK1L versus UBL4A_S90 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIK1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIK1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
