Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,979 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GLB2, C9orf85, and LMOD1. Each is linked with PDIA6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA6-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDIA6 versus SH3GLB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
