Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDIA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,730 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycoprotein biosynthetic process, Protein O-linked glycosylation, and Attachment of GPI anchor to protein. Each is linked with PDIA6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA6-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA6 results are reported.
