Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,737 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTHRC1, FKBP11, and EAF2. Each is linked with PDIA5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA5-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDIA5 versus CTHRC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
