Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDIA4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDIA4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PDIA4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDIA4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and MESO show a favorable association.

LUAD, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where PDIA4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
