PDIA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,529 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL1, EIF4G1, and PURA. Each is linked with PDIA4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA4-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDIA4 versus CUL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
