Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,334 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, C9orf85, and HDAC5. Each is linked with PDIA4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA4-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDIA4 versus XBP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
