Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,474 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP2, ENPP7P13, and RNU6-167P. Each is linked with PDIA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA4-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP2 grouped by PDIA4-low versus PDIA4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
