Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDIA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,735 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced neuron intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Glycoprotein biosynthetic process, and Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with PDIA4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA4-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA4 results are reported.
