Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDIA3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PDIA3P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PDIA3P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDIA3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and READ show a favorable association.

OV, KIRP, and CESC are the cancer types where PDIA3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
