Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDIA3P2 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 7 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of PDIA3P2’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where PDIA3P2 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types PDIA3P2 is over-expressed in tumor.
STAD, LUSC, and KICH are the cancer types where PDIA3P2 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
