PDHB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,928 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDHB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COLGALT1, KIAA1143, and MAGI1. Each is linked with PDHB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHB-to-partner and partner-to-PDHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDHB versus COLGALT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
