Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,788 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHSY1, RTTN, and SH2B3. Each is linked with PDHB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHB-to-partner and partner-to-PDHB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDHB versus CHSY1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
