Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHB protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,304 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDHB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDHA, SDHB, and SIRT3. Each is linked with PDHB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHB-to-partner and partner-to-PDHB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDHB versus SDHA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
