Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with PDHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHB-to-partner and partner-to-PDHB results are reported.
