PDHA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDHA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDHA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PF4V1, TRIM43B, and OR6F1. Each is linked with PDHA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHA2-to-partner and partner-to-PDHA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PF4V1 grouped by PDHA2-low versus PDHA2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
