PDHA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,903 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDHA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP7, WDHD1, and PDS5A_T1208. Each is linked with PDHA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHA1-to-partner and partner-to-PDHA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDHA1 versus RBBP7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
